Unlawfully privatised green hedged area opposite Ipsonas Gymnasium

Nothing done, so again: please open up for the use of the community the green area (tall hedge) opposite the Ipsonas Gymnasim, on corner of Yiannou Kranidioti & Christodoullou Sozou str. as unlawfully privatised with tall hedge, while it is a green space, supposedly for all. I also need some land for my garden stuff, so shall I plant tall green hedge, a few trees, bushes anywhere I like a green plot?
