Urgent Park Maintenance Needed

Dear Sir/Madam
The Park between Pyladi Street and Faidras Street is the only one park in this whole area. But the park is in very poor condition.

All park walls are covered with obscene graffiti (male genitalia and curse words painted everywhere)
The park needs an urgent cleanup (garbage and weed removal)
There are solar lights installed, but the batteries are missing/stolen. We need battery replacement/change to regular lamps.
Because of missing lights, it gets very dark in the night and vandals/bullies gather up almost every night in the park and create nuisance.

Please send someone for inspection/fix the issues.
